Our hinged manholes are manufactured with precision CNC machining, reliable hinge mechanism for smooth opening and closing, and complete NDT testing (UT, MT, PT, RT). Sealing surface roughness Ra 3.2-6.3μm, flatness ≤0.1mm. Certified with ISO 9001:2015, CE (PED/CPR). Each batch comes with complete MTC traceability.
Applications
Widely used in chemical storage tanks, pressure vessels, food processing equipment, pharmaceutical tanks, water treatment facilities and marine equipment. Monthly capacity of 50 containers with 7-15 days standard delivery. Custom sizes and special materials available upon request.
